To kick off our lasted period of creation, we bring you Dialect. This NEIPA is coming in at 5.5% with a huge amount of Chinook and Simcoe to deliver a dank hit followed with melon, lemon zest, mango and papaya wrapped up in a pine dry finish. This beer has been treated with hops all the way from the mash to a big double dry hop at the end. Underneath the fruit balance Dialect has a healthy amount of flaked oats and wheat to give a smooth body and a bigger mouth feel then the ABV suggests. This is the perfect crusher to set you in for the colder weeks ahead, and can speak anyone’s language.
