Sour - Fruited Berliner Weisse

The Rendered is a Blackberry and Pink Peppercorn bomb balancing the light aromatic notes of the peppercorns while still giving a slight bit to cut through the acidic fruit explosion of the blackberries. We add the peppercorns both to the end of the boil and fermentation to highlight the many properties of this light and slightly fruity peppercorn but with a light bitter finish to highlight the blackberries and keeping you coming back for another.
