Special release for the To Øl Beer Club January 2021 box. A West Coast IPA in that old school style we love and cherish, but with a dash of the modern hops Idaho 7, Falconers Flight and El Dorado. Brewed with a handful of Cara Red malt for complexity and fermented with California Ale yeast. Dry, bitter and packed with fruity aromas.
