IPA - New England / Hazy

Blitzen is the holiday IPA of 2020. Every year close to Christmas we release a one-off IPA named after one of Santa's reindeer. We prefer to drink hoppy beers with the heavy dishes of winter time, and this beer is the perfect pairing for pork roast and caramelised potatoes; Moderately bitter with a nice thick and round mouthfeel from oats and wheat malt. It is generously dry-hopped with both Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Galaxy, Mosaic & Halletauer Blanc! It has a dank aroma with notes of pine, melon and passionfruit. Happy holidays from us to you!
