Farmhouse Ale - Saison

A longstanding friendship and mutual respect and appreciation for each other's beers and businesses has now led to our second collaboration with Gamma Brewing Co! We all wanted to try out the new LalBrew Farmhouse, a non-diastatic hybrid yeast, for a fruited Saison. We added rhubarb and red, black and white currants from our own gardens which give flavour and aroma to this beautiful pink beer and its classic dry Saison characteristics. The fruits also add a refreshing but still subtle acidity, and we think it is simply... Sublime!
