Enormt dejlig spontangæret fætter. Min bedre halvdel har rigtig god ølsmag! Masser af syre, gær og honning. Det er afbalanceret, men igså vildt. Både lidt stald, florale noter og en smule ammoniak titter frem.

Very drinkable yet full taste. However a bit light on the pallet for such an expensive beer. Super nice beer to sip on still. Honey does not come through

Iike a white beer, haha. Citrusy, first a bit moist maybe, opens UP well. Merci Arthur

Uncellared - Nose: tart, lemon peel, grain, honey, earth. Profile: well balanced earthy and tart, more of the same above. Another in the cellar - a rarity for me as it's a sour.

Not bad but not up to the usual Natur standards. Tastes a bit ropey to me. Opens up nicely after that
