The latest in our 1 ton of… series – 1 ton of… Rosehip. Fermented with saison yeast, and made with one tonne of Rosehips (per 1000 litres) The design consists of a photo depicting the seats in a Copenhagen cinema. Like the other instalments in the “1 ton Series” this image is also shot with heavy flash which generates a somewhat raw look that reflects the rather extreme nature of the beer. An interesting feature about this particular photo is that the flash illuminates the front row seats the most while the rows behind gradually fades into darkness. This makes the scale of the room unclear. You could almost imagine the seating stretching forever.
