For this we took our Surt Til, and turned it into ‘Surt Til Hibiscus & Cranberry’! This 5% Mosaic & Belma Dry Hopped Sour Mashed Belgian Table Beer is designed to be a substitute (or compliment) to the pickled vegetables found on the Christmas table, so why not add some actual fruit to the beer, in this instance Hibiscus and Cranberries, for an additional effect?
