Farmhouse Ale - Saison
This mixed fermentation Saison is both the first ever release from our new project, To Øl Natur, and the first in a series made together with our Brew-Pub kitchen in CPH to serve exclusively in the restaurant. Made from Pilsner malt, un-malted wheat and Saaz hops. Fermented with our mixed house culture and matured in a chardonnay barrel.
Just before packaging, a small amount of an elderflower table beer was blended in along with local raw honey for re-fermentation in both 75cl bottles and keg.
Expect a dry beer with refreshing mild acidity, creamy texture and lots of citrus aromas.
