Belgian Tripel

This beer needs no description. Brewing the perfect Belgian style Trippel, dry-hopped with citrus-punching American hops and given the Danish twist of flaked oats to the mash. Fermented at high temperatures to really boost out the aromatics from the yeast that have been working real hard to ferment this beer. This beer is then barrel aged on Saint Emillion Grand Cru red wine Barrels and aged with Plums.
