Farven og klarheden snyder en del, for den rummer faktisk meget smag og en rigtig velbalanceret bitterhed, fersken og abrikosaromaer, og en tilpas humlefedme. Og så ryger den lige ned.

There was the opportunity to drink it at the source in To Øl City last Friday. But I thought it was more fitting to wait for the beer club box. The majority of beers had to go the long way around from Svinnige to Amsterdam

Dry and crisp. The cold fermentation gives some nice Lager accents. Fine in the heat.
