Light coffee aroma but more of a charcoal flavour with a building bitterness. Very light.

LCI. Whilst I didn't drain pour this one (see my last To Øl check-in) I didn't think it was up to much. Dark, roasty and a little smoky but none of the flavours really stood out or took hold. Would have liked it to be a bit richer.

One tends to think of big ABVs with To Ol (especially when comes to Darks) so this a bit unusual. It's of decent enough construction without having much impact.

Ok porter, smooch, good body but not a lot of flavour.

An odd ashy flavour spoils this a bit. Roasty coffee and chocolate followed by a nice bitterness.

Light session porters and stouts just aren't my thing. I prefer my darker drinks to be more full bodied and but a little harder with the abv. There's definitely a market for lower abv drinks even with dark beers but it's not for me.

Pretty decent porter. A little too bitter, but not bad
