We continue the theme of recent times were we blend oak aged ale with fresh stainless steel fermented beer. This time the oak aged beer being our saison base brewed with barley and raw spelt allong with Spalter Select hops. Combined just before packaging with a low ABV Grisette that had been dry-hopped with Hallertauer Saphir.
