Hoppy saison brewed with barley, spelt and raw Ølands wheat. Hopped with Saaz and Hallerhauer Saphir. Fermented and aged for 5 months with whole fresh nectarines in a french oak Foeder at a rate of 350g/ltr. Packaged with sugar for a natural carbonation in the bottle.
