“Kex”, brewed for our friends at Kex Hostel in Reyjkavik, Iceland. The hostel is situated in an old Biscuit Factory in the downtown area of Reyjkavik and is our go to place when visiting the city and the Mikkeller&Friends; bar. For them we have brewed a 5% Pilsner loaded with Tettnanger and Mosaic hops, and a malt base of Pilsner, Cara Pils and Munich that is boosted by biscuits! You heard it right, biscuits.
