The second blend of our Biere De Table. This time packaged for draft only. Brewed with barley, malted spelt and raw Ølands Wheat and hopped in the kettle and whirlpool with Saaz. Half of this blend was aged for 5 months in oak puncheons, while the other half stayed in stainless steel and was dry-hopped with Citra. Bringing the blend together with a single barrel of 2 year aged elderflower grisette to add a floral quality to the background.
