Malts:Pilsner, Melanoidin, Special B, Brown, Flaked Oats, Cara Pils, Dextrose Hops:Galaxy, Mosaic In the nice little town of Paris lies the beershop and bar Brewberry. Run by perhaps the most friendly couple on earth, Cecil and Benoit, visiting them is a true pleasure. They have a tradition of having breweries make beer for them and we were delighted when they asked us. We thought that France really needed an American Strong Ale. Full of darker malts, but also brewed with dextrose to keep a light and clean body. Boasted with hops suited for longer aging, Mosaic and Galaxy, to both make a perfect beer as fresh but also well suited for those darker nights in the future…
