IPA - Cold

Our second forray into the Cold IPA. Mashed with plenty of flaked rice for dryness and light floral notes. Hopped assertively with T90 and cryo hops in the boil and whirlpool before being fermented warm with our go to lager yeast. Dry hopped with a punchy blend of Citra, lot selected Simcoe, Azacca and Loral. Drinks like a hoppy mimosa; spritzy, crushable and refreshing.
