Stolen Red Berries

Sour - Fruited Berliner Weisse

Stolen Red Berries is the first member of our Stolen series, consisting of soured wheat beers. We went fruity on this one by adding all our favourite red berries: raspberry, black cherries, black currant, red currant and blackberry in the fermentor. All the fruits are 100% natural with nothing added to them. The beer is tart and refreshing with a beautiful pink foam and is a true thirst-quencher for the hot summer days.

Lovely Berliner Weisse from ÅBEN. A true symphony of berries. Great tasting experience, good tartness to it along with sweetness from the fruits and berries. Great!

Holy damn! Smells like my grandmother's homemade marmalade with berries from the garden. And it tastes like it, too!? Fuckloads of raspberries, cherries, black/red currants and blackberries (16,1 % to be precise) makes this a refreshing banger.

Først bekendtskab med en sur sour øl. Dufter dejligt af hindbær og frugter. Mælkesyrebakterier fornemmes i munden. Flot lyserød farve og skum. Som at drikke en A38 med hindbærsmag bare meget oplevelse.

Great sour/Berliner weisse. Fruity, tart, with vivid raspberry body, a touch of vanilla (?) and a subtle creamy aroma. Rich red colour is pleasing the eyes.
