As the newest member to our Stolen Fruit series, this is a soured wheat beer where we added half a ton of pineapple together with a mix of coconut. Half of the coconuts were fresh while the remaining part we dried and toasted to enhance the depth of the coconut taste and give some sweetness to the beer. ⁠
