Rather fruity opening: elderflower, yellow apple • not that fruity flavor, but small sweetly apple-ish opening with a more solid bitter finish • medium body • hops: Sabro and Motueka • somewhat unknown style to me, but as a summer Lager it might work…

Crispy, there's a bit of that yeatiness, but it's regained in. Good hoppy character, if I were a betting man it would be simcoe, because it has the grassiness with a citrus hit.

Clean & golden on the 👀 with a thick & loose head. Biscuity, citrusy & pear on the 👃🏼 Bready, orchard fruits, hedgerow berries & lemony on the 👅 The body is great; medium-light, slick & crispy 🍻
