Beer Geek Slumber Party

Belgian Quadrupel

The recipe for “Beer Geek Slumber Party” was originally developed during a brewery sleepover in 2013 as a collaborative effort between some of the beer geekiest minds that Denmark had to offer. Since that time this Belgian Quad has become a mainstay in the Fanø Bryghus release schedule. It is a celebration of nerding out over beer style guidelines, differing aromatic notes and rich, unique flavors that beer can offer. Brewed with Belgian yeast, dark candi sugar, heather and rosehips this is a beer that has everything a beer geek could possibly ask for.

Nuts, liquorice, quite a lot of orange. Some acidity, belgian yeast, decent body.
