Uhhh this is heavy! Still very smooth, but a thick and heavy stout to be sure. Not surprising considering the staggering 12,2% anyway, it’s probably a tad too heavy and sweet to be a favorite, but no doubt about the quality of this. An intense stout exp.

Duft af rødvinsfad og kaffe, lidt sprit i smag, kaffe,ristet malt, rødvin er der også. Tror den vil have godt af et par års lagring.

Hans-Jørgen Martinus Vork Rosenwein
Big fatty aroma, dried stone fruits and figs with a ligh Woody element. The flavour is also fatty stonefruit, roasted/burned malts or coffee and fruity. It has a very light wine element but not very over powering. Well balanced.

A pleasant taste with a very thick, smooth and rich mouthfeel tingling your tongue with a long finish. It has prominent taste notes of coffee, dark chocolate, red wine and oak

Smager rigtig godt. Syren fra fadene vinder frem over tid og blander sig med hårdt ristet kaffe og let saltet lakrids. Men til 95 havde vi nok regnet med mere. Eftersmagen hænger ved, men den mangler lidt for at nå højere op.

Tammipumpattu jenkki Zinfandel. Punaviini ei varsinaisesti maistu. Todella pitkäkestoinen vaahto.
