Chilli / Chile Beer

Aged on cocoa nibs, Aji Panca, and Casbabel chili peppers. This stout has a deep brown body with aromatic notes of roasted malt, chocolate and cocoa. The smooth flavor of chocolate is accompanied by a lingering sensation of warmth derived from the presence of the chili peppers giving this beer an extra kick of flavor.

Smagen er egentlig okay, men totalt ude af balance. For meget chili, for lidt chokolade, mangler fylde. Æv. Ellers stort potentiale hvis de forskellige elementer spiller bedre sammen.
