Stop Making Sense

IPA - New England / Hazy

Stop Making Sense is a new IPA we’ve brewed, focusing on a rather simple grain bill of mainly Golden Promise, and then a touch of torrified wheat and Golden Naked Oats - both of which are providing a bit of sweet, crunchy texture to the beer. It was hopped in the kettle with Azacca and Sabro, which made for a very fruity and tropical aroma with even a hint of coconut-aroma, which Sabro is known for. Dry-hopped with Simcoe and Citra to provide a fresh, vibrant, citrusy and piney backdrop to the sweetness.
