Pels
IPA - Session
Modern West Coast Session IPA, Hopped & Dry-Hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, Citra & Mosaic. Brewed for Christian Firtal's Pale Ale Festival!
Pels is a Modern West Coast Session IPA - full of bright, citrusy hop aromas, with some classic old school West Coast resin & pine flavor too. Hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Chinook, it has a wonderful fruity hop profile on a body of light malt, clean yeast and a solid bitterness. Super easy drinking, full-flavored and hop-centric. Delicious in every way.
Pels is brewed as the official festival beer of Pale Ale Festival, hosted by Christian 4-tal in Odense.
The name Pels stems from a Danish saying in Northern Jutland, - “det er fa’me en øl man kan pelse mange af” - alluding to the fact that this is a SUPER crushable beer.
