Dryhop

Lager - IPL (India Pale Lager)

Dryhop is not an IPA and it`s not a lager. It is a buttomfermented beer, well-hopped and dryhopped. It`s a single hop version -all the hops are Amarillo. Our ambition with this beer is to brew a very dry beer without very much sugar left in the combination with the hops. Then the aroma from the Amarillo becomes very distinct. Enjoy this beer chilled – 5-7 degrees.

[EB 4.2 08/11/13] Bière de couleur jaune pale un peu trouble. Au nez, fruitée : fruit de la passion, mangue, poire. En bouche une attaque un peu amère qui qui laisse la place aux fruits : poire et fruit de la passion. Très bonne bière rafraichissante
