The idea behind this beer has been to make a sweet stout that is not too strong but still has lots of flavor and fullness.
To make it extra sweet, we have used lactose, which also gives the beer a bit of creaminess.
We have been generous with roasted malts, which are clearly expressed in the aroma and taste.
We have intentionally kept the alcohol percentage down, resulting in 5.5% ABV.
Sweet Choco-latte Symphony has shades of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice and roasted malt.
