Hornbock
Bock - Single / Traditional
Hornbock from Hornbeer is a strong bottom-fermented beer with approximately 7% alcohol by volume. We have
taken the liberty of styling this bock beer after our own tastes by using extra bittering hops and a bit of smoked malt. Do you know why it is called a bock beer? It is generally known that a bock is a somewhat stronger beer. The
wildness that this type of beer can produce in a bock drinker gives the association to a bucking ram. Hornbock goes very well with the Danish lunch buffet with its marinated herring and rye bread. Brewed from six different types of malted barley, hops, water and yeast.
