Is an organic wiener beer. Wiener beer is a classic beer but it is nevertheless not a very common beer in Denmark. We would like to change that. Wiener beer is bottom fermented and has a pleasant flavor from the barley malts. This wiener beer is a bit hoppier than the regular style, it is dry hopped which adds a hint of citrus and elderflower. The color of the beer is amber and the crown is white. Classic Celler is brewed in accordance with organic principles – a natural way to go for the brewery Hornbeer who already have taken many initiatives to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions in the brewing of its quality beers. The painting on the label is an old burial mount from the days of the Vikings. It is located in the brewery´s own field, the farm where Hornbeer is located is named after the burial mount.
