Lambic - Gueuze

For Akkurats (Stockholm/Sweden) fifteenth anniversary, Jean Van Roy has made a very special Gueuze. It is a blend of one, two, and three year old lambic and was bottled in April of 2005. It has then been fermented and matured for five years in the deep caveaus of Cantillon. 15 years is the minimum age for driving a moped in Sweden, which is why we are choosing the name, Gueuze Vélomoteur.
