Never a favorite bottle from their offerings. Age has mellowed this out even more, kind of muted tbh.

You have to give credit to this craft. But not being a white wine fan, this is difficult to accept. Flat is just not my thing.

LCI réveillon Nouvel An. Zéro carbo, ça surprend au début, ça doit être voulu d'après les autres commentaires. Goût foin en légèreté, ça tire sur le cidre un peu crispy. Bien pour échauffer les papilles. Du Cantillon pour les belles occasions !

Karbi on madal, mineraalne ja mitte väga positiivses võtmes. Isegi kerge kloorisus lööb läbi. Samas tugev keha, kerge puuviljasus ja korralik rauasus päästavad päeva.

Flat and funky with a light sour and tart taste. Floral and grassy hints with citrus, white wine and grapes. Bit meh and boring overall.

Pours very flat n taste goes Towards apple n dry cardboard. Very dry finish. Might be my worst experience in Cantillon series

It’s official. “Lambic - Traditional” is not my thing. I tried it, didn’t really like it. So I tried a different one, and still didn’t really like it. And I do like sours, just not this style. But if you do, then don’t be put off by my rating: try it!
