Momento atteso a lungo, finalmente raggiunto. È di un bellissimo rosso rubino, aroma complesso e bilanciato tra lampone e brettato (forte), acidità citrica violenta e rinfrescante, fin di bocca neutro e amaro assente. Sto diventando decisamente un fanboy

Really spectacular. Fresh raspberries dominate, but the underlying funk/acidity rounds it out nicely. Really a perfect balance of fruit and lambic flavor. I think I’d prefer this just a touch less acidic, but this is about as good as it gets.

I have a hard time putting this to words. There’s raspberry. There’s funk, and mouthfeel. It’s a funky raspberry cloud? Idk, bucks in 6!
