À droite (toute flou). Parfaite équilibre entre l'aspect frais, acidulée et puissant d'une gueuze et de la framboise qui y ressemble beaucoup en étant peu sucré, mais très acidulé. Carbo' façon champagne. Une vraie pépite Bruxelloise.

Happy birthday lil Henry. I don't always crack open an aged Cantillon, but when I do, it's because of making babies. Super proud papa here, enjoying a superbly dry raspberry lambic whilst everyone sleeps. Can't wait to see what the future brings. 🍾

粉色香艳的画面旁边有虞美人的点缀，是Cantillon的经典款。明晰的树莓风味，并不臭；气泡非常细腻持久，可以媲美香槟。如同珍珠项链一样的气泡上升后，会在白色的泡沫里冲击出一个小圆孔，露出底下桃红的酒，很漂亮。

Слабогазований сухий малиновий напій з насиченою фруктовою ароматикою та легкою ягідною терпкістю. Наосліп пивом це важко вже назвати, але тут це фіча, а не баг. Цікаво для ознайомлення, однак щоб купувати собі ще - то навряд.

Had this fresh in the taproom in 2016 and now again on my birthday. One of he tastiest sours out there. Raspberries! Sour. About an 8 on the sour scale.

2022ボトル。少し海苔的なニュアンス。うーん。甘やかなベリー柑橘感だが、飲むとドライさ。ちょっとなあ。温んで来ると香りがますます微妙というか駄目な臭い。ある意味懐かしいが。

2015ボトル。すっきりドライで強めの酸味。色がかなり淡い。じっとりとした酸味。ちょっと枯れ感に近いものもあるが、このバランスは好みだなあ。梅的なニュアンスも。
