Opened with dinner yesterday, paired with a rich, gamey turkey like a dream. Finishing off today - complex, bready and loads of crab apple tartness.

Happy New Year! 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣2️⃣ /// New Year’s champagne of choice. Light, smooth and fruity. Not very carbonated, some unexpected (but quite welcome) sweetness. Nice!
