Good example of the lambic style - but probably a little young, still (January 2023 bottling). Very tart & sour - with a sharp, slightly acidic, note at the start of the aftertaste. The aftertaste is smoother after that, with a lingering, moreish, dryness

On est sur une bière unique avec une acidité proche des zestes de citron et une amertume frôlant doucement le vinaigre. Peu sucré, elle possède un arrière goût puissant qui s'évanouit en douceur. - 2021

Embouteillé en Décembre 2021 donc assez jeune. Parfait équilibre, acidulée, fruitée, boisée, longueur en bouche incroyable. Excellente!

Not this one But the young ones just from the barrel Strong cheese, clean but not so complex, dry

Dry and smooth and gentle for a lambic, it’s aged out a fair bit - still a bit special though
