This was sold to me with the storekeeper calling it the "funkiest and most exciting sour they had" almost €10 for a bottle but damn it's worth it. The experience is drinking it is just fantastic

Oranjegeel bier. Geur is fris, citrus en wilde gist. Smaak is prikkelend, hoog in koolzuur. Zuur, funky en wilde gist smaak. Lange zachte afdronk. Prachtig bier met kurk als kroon.

Opened with dinner yesterday, paired with a rich, gamey turkey like a dream. Finishing off today - complex, bready and loads of crab apple tartness.
