Wunderbare, milde Säure die leicht an Apfelessig erinnert. Zitrisch, Holzfassnoten, Brett-Hefe, leicht erdig und insgesamt äußerst harmonisch und angenehm zu süffeln. Sehr geil👍

Been aging this one for 8 years now. Bottled in 2014. My boy is all grown up. Nice mature Gueuze now. Golden pour w fine lacing around edge. Aroma is funky but not too funky. Tastes of a little white wine vinegar, grape & apple notes, oaky, yeasty. Delish

Close to perfection. This Lambic is neither boring nor overwhelming. Light and thirstquenching yet complex. Absolutely incredible on a hot summers day. Worst part of tasting this beer was having to share with a friend. Definitely coming back to this one!

Love this classic, classy and perfect lambic. Today, it was more green apple like flavor that comes with gentle tarty touch that goes well perfectly. Perfect beer for the humid and hot Seoul’s summer.
