Huge funky aroma. Some acetic character but nicely balanced.

Wow this is like a sour saison. Perfect farmhouse character going on. Dry and cidery. Almost like champagne but more body and character. Tart but not too tart.

One of my favourite gueuze. This one is still from 2020. I prefer it 1 to 2 years older. Already very complex, but not as complex as an older one. Barnyard, hay, sour, wild, yeasty, dry, tart, complex,..... almost perfection

What can I say. If Autumn had a taste, it would be this. It's almost poetic. If I close my eyes I'm suddenly taking a walk in a park with leaves falling down. Very earthy with a hint of rotten apple. Love it.

Joyas universales en la quinta. Cerveza ácida y refrescante con notas frutales manzana sobre todo, equilibrada y con final seco. Muy buen blend.

Beautiful golden colour, complex aroma of lactic acid and citrus with a hint of brett funk. First sip is incredible, tart white grapes, huge farmhouse flavours and apple and oakyness at the end. Can't beat this beer, it's perfection.

Love it. What a great return to Carwyn Cellars. Was taken aback by the complexity of this lambic. Almost buttery texture and a plethora of flavours - intense cheesy funk, ACV like sourness, oak and a spicy dry finish. Something different on each sip.
