Spektakulær lambic og nyansert, integrert fat. Tydelig, men integrert brett og potent, men avmålt fruktighet. Lekker, sammensatt og balansert, varig ut/es. Kompleks med lyse (granbar, sitrus) og mørke (fat, tropisk frukt) og mange flere nyanser.

Grape aroma, slight acidity. Clear amber body well carbonated. Buttery, creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of grape and wheat. Aged well, has a little bite. Dry, tart, finish.

2020 bottle. Acid grape aromas. Pours crystal clear amber. Initial fizz then settled down. Almost buttery mouthfeel. Flavours of wheat stone fruits white grape. Nice bite from age. Tart rather than sour. Lovely light / shade example of gueuze lambic

Usually can't go wrong with a nice aged lambic. This doesn't disappoint. Right amount of sour/tart, white wine-esque notes. Just a great beer.

Dry, effervescent, fluffy. Not overly sour, and a bit funky. First sip caught me a bit off guard with the malt vinger overtones, but by the last sip I was loving it!

Это кайф. Наверно теперь это мой любимый гёз. Мягкий, изысканный аромат без всякой жести с совсем легкой уксусной терпкостью. Вкус нежный с приятной кислинкой, легкой горчинкой, все очень в балансе. И бутылка выглядит шикарно ;)
