2013 in the back of the fridge. Copper color with a tart fruit nose. More tart than sour, and age has mellowed both. Subtle fruit notes. Effervescent. This aged very well.

영한 람빅답게 톡톡 튀고 마신 후 입 안에 여운이 많이 남는다. 묵직한 느낌은 확실히 없지만 마신 후 텁텁한 느낌이 그리 나쁘진 않다. 향도 확실히 약하게 나는 느낌이다. 올드 깐띠옹 괴즈보단 워터리한 느낌은 적고 약간 진득한 질감을 느낄 수 있다.

Took the BeerSavvy Boot Camp course today and the instructor brought us a 2016 to try; pretty generous! Plum, strawberry, and soil on the nose; carrot, lime, and vanilla flavors.
