2e degustatie na de rondleiding door de brouwerij van Cantillion. #Senna prima. 1e degustatie was een platte lambic, vers van het vat en niet in Untappd. Deze Gueuze wel. Enorm zachte geuze, mooi complex, weinig bitters en geen azijnzuur te bekennen #2400

Dit is uiteraard een Topper! Een Geuze gekocht in Diant België. Gebotteld op 10 oktober 2019. Zo geweldig om zo iets (H)eerlijks te mogen drinken, zo puur, zo natuurlijk en zo ambachtelijk met een rijke historie. Een ongelofelijk verfijnde smaak, kleur!

A remnant from the lockdown days of 2020. Nice sipping during a heatwave. Completely flat of course, and tastes somewhere in between a geuze and a faro. 3.9

Ended up sharing a half a bottle down by a nearby river. Somehow, the cork silently popped itself after we decided to do a bottle of sake first and half the liquid spilled into the tote bag. What remained was very refreshing, though. Would try again.

Fresh funky and fruity nose with some wet hay also, slightly harsh acidty and light grassy bitterness. Good.
