The bottle-conditioned gueuze is excellent. So soft and supple. Great carbonation and less acidity as the mass-produced offerings too often have. Some melon flavors round out a lovely finish.

Geel bier wat troebel en wat schuim. G licht zurig, fruitigheid, licht Brett. S licht zurig, wat samentrekkend. Licht geel fruiitig. Weinig hopbitter.

If I were a sour / gose fan. This would be my go to. At $75.00 a bottle. Fairly smooth.

Gueuze non sucrée, très bonne longueur du goût typique des lambics. Bien mais nécessite un accompagnement légèrement sucré (carottes, ...) pour limiter l'acidité.

Ended up sharing a half a bottle down by a nearby river. Somehow, the cork silently popped itself after we decided to do a bottle of sake first and half the liquid spilled into the tote bag. What remained was very refreshing, though. Would try again.

A remnant from the lockdown days of 2020. Nice sipping during a heatwave. Completely flat of course, and tastes somewhere in between a geuze and a faro. 3.9
