That’s a PROPER lambic. Smells like a hedgerow, tastes as earthy as it does fruity. Wild cherries, sour as a sour thing, dry too, with great depth from the native yeast and spontaneous fermentation. Real farmhouse complexity. It’s a beautiful thing.

Perhaps my favourite style in the world…and this is a very good example! Packed with tart cherries, but still enough sweetness to balance out
