Well balanced. Not overly fruity or super cherry, which I appreciate. I don't think I'll ever find a Cantillon I don't love, though.

The real deal! Bottled 6/22/22. Longer bottle conditioning likely would have led to more funk, but a great experience nevertheless. Thanks Jon B.

Nice beer. Setting doesn’t hurt. Light fruit. Finish is where tartness come through.
