Bottle from Etre Bright brick red color with a light opaqueness and a good sized white head with a hint of pink in it. Solid earthy funk and lemony lactic tartness with huge cherry aroma flavor and tartness to round it out. This beer is beautiful I wish

It's been cellaring for about two years, and the tartness has increased strongly. The nose is full of cherries, as is the finish, but they disappear in the middle of the evolution, replaced by a more gueuze-like profile

Couldn’t resist the siren call of the Cantillon. 12/14/22 bottle, bright and lightly funky, loads of cherry, lightly tart. Super tasty and much better than the last time I had it at Shelton Fest in ATL.

Bottled 2019. Sour, tannins, dry, with an almost ghostly fruit. Like it's still there, but you have to really look for it. In a good way. Yeah, pretty great.

This was on tap. According to the owner they are the only pub in Rome with Cantillion on tap. Amazing.
