This was on my wish list fucking ages ago, nice to check off one of the OG ‘wants’ off the list. Very soft for a lambic, lovely stone fruits and apricot all over though. Surprisingly low acidity.

16. Bajeczny aromat! Delikatna słodycz, złamana kwaskiem, wyczuwalna morelka. Za to smak! Co za balans! Morela świetnie wyczuwalna, świetna cierpkość. Myślałem, że to będzie coś jak brzoskwinia, a jest bajka. Można pić nieprzerwanie.😷

Zwanze day has to be rescheduled. So I have it today together with my birthday 🥳 Still very new world to me talking about this kind of beer. Definitely funky, vinous, fruity- apricot, peach, grapes. I like it

Floral aroma of a lush stone fruit garden and a promise of tartness. Flavour is perfectly balanced sourness and sweet stone fruit. Supremely drinkable. Endlessly complex yet natural.

Sour boozy apricot strong flavour. Makes the the tongue tingle This is an exceptional sour except for that Jaeger bomb aroma that makes me want to vomit , ignoring that though - basically a top sour.

Mmm even nicer than the Gambrinus. I fully get the fuss behind Cantillon - just taken too long to realise! A delicious apricot sour - incredibly well balanced. ❤
