Un nez d'une gourmandise folle, on a envie de s'y perdre. En bouche gourmandise d'abricot, on croque dans le fruit. L'acidité est parfaitement contrebalancée par le sucre du fruit, c'est superbe. Longueur incroyable où l'on retrouve davantage les céréales

Another freaking banger here. Cantillon is no joke! Layers of peach flavor. Extremely impressed considering how difficult it is to extract the amount of peach flavor they did with still maintaining a thin and delicious lambic body. Thank you Chuck C. !

Fresh 2022 bottle. Can't be beat. Exploding with tart and juicy apricot, insanely delicious and complex fruit character perfectly paired with a funky cheesy lambic base. This is exemplary.

Apricot juice. Softer, less complex than the 10 year aged. So different. But quite great.

Kompleks. Skal skrive om stall og høy, men her meiner eg at samme smakene skal omtales som fruktighet. Fersken og estere som gir noe som minner om banan. Nydelig.
