Apricot barrel tart funk. Drinks dry and sweet but exceptionally well balanced. Perfect lambic. Celebrating Riley’s first birthday with this monster bottle.

This is pretty much perfection. Apricots hit you big time on the nose and this continues through on the taste. Incredible. This somehow exceeded my expectations
