Легкий,сбалансированный,не сильно кислый,без уксуса. В носу курага,мёд,чутка совсем сена. Во вкусе тоненько абрикос,орешки грецкие,чуть диких нот. Красиво

Not nearly as sour as the De Cam and definitely more funky and musty in the finish.

Great White Buffalo. Happy I opened this 2019. We will see how much a sour bomb the 2018 is whenever I do open it. Good fruit. Would love to even try it really fresh

Notes of ripened cheese on the nose open up to pleasant dried apricot that swirls on the palate with a dignified amount of sour. A beer that gets more pleasurable with each sip.

Great balance between the lemony tartness & oaky astringency of the base lambics alongside the subtle sweet fruitiness of the apricots. Super complex, very delicate and nuanced funk layer.

De lo mejor que he probado de esta gente, de la que no soy muy fan la verdad. En esta al menos el suave toque a albaricoques logra contener la acidez y hace que resulte fácil de beber. No obstante, muy cara para lo que ofrece

Cracked on Xmas Eve with the family. Lots of carbonation kinda like champagne. Very nice aroma. Taste is on point with apricots and funkiness. Mouth is very nice. Happy to try this and will seek out again.
